PAYMENT

In order to contract with Fundacja Kikimora Production you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Fundacja Kikimora Production retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

 

Registration for an event is considered valid only after the amount has been paid by the buyer. If the ticket was purchased by bank transfer, it is necessary to notify the details of the payment by email to info@kikimoraproduction.com. On some events payments may be possible in two or three installments, in this case the payment of the first installment is valid as registration. The subsequent payments must be made according to the deadlines indicated.

 

The cost of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

 

By purchasing a ticket you are certifying that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.

For bank transfer method, you have 10 days for making a payment. If you won’t pay during this time your order will be canceled.

 

DEFERRED PAYMENTS

If you want to use deferred payments, the ticket price will be divided into 3 parts. Of which the first payment is 20% of the ticket price, the next two 40%.

The first payment should be made within 10 days from the date of purchase of the ticket on the website. Payments that have been credited to the bank account of Fundacja Kikimora Production are considered as payments on time.

 

Subsequent payments are payable on the following dates:

Second installment until six months before the event

Third installment by 3 months before the evet

 

A ticket purchased with deferred payment can be canceled within 14 days of the purchase of the ticket, in which case the entire amount paid is refunded.

 

Failure to pay the second or third payment within the specified dates is tantamount to resignation of the participant from the event. In this case, the participant does not receive a refund of the amount paid.

 

If for any reason you decide you cannot attend an event, you can find someone to replace you (we will ask the waiting list if one exists). In this case, you will be entitled to a full refund. Simply contact us at info@kikimoraproduction.com with your exchange details. After receiving payment from the player who replaces you, we will send you a 100% refund. You are not entitled to a replacement 45 days before the event.

 

PHOTOS AND VIDEO POLICY

If you sign up for an event, you accept our photo and video policy. In some events (or more often before or after) we often have photographer and video operators documenting the event. That means that you may appear in pictures or video. We will be respectful of your image, of course. We advise you that we may use these images without asking first.

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

A full refund is possible on request up to 14 days from purchase, but not later than 45 days before the event.

 

If for any reason you decide you cannot attend an event you can find someone to replace you (we will ask to the waiting list, if available). In this case, you will be entitled to a full refund. Just contact us at info@kikimoraproduction.com, giving us the details of your replacement. Once we have received their fee, we will send you a 100% refund. You are not entitled to a replacement from 45 days before the event.

 

In the event of cancellation or postponement of an event due to unforeseeable or unplanned causes, which make it impossible or excessively burdensome to hold the event within the period initially indicated, the ticket will be transferred to the next date.

 

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event if the number of purchased tickets is insufficient.

AFTER YOU ARE REGISTERED TO AN EVENT

Once you've purchased your ticket for our game, we'll ask you to fill out a form that will ask you, among other things, what character you want to play in our story. Based on your preferences, we will offer you a game with a specific character.

The player’s form should be sent back within 10 days after you get it.

Player contributions are brought to the event on your own risk.

 

Player accepts that unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing, any creative contributions which they chose to share openly with other players, may be used freely by other players for non profit or personal small business which fit within the Evermist Society’s universe, or in generic/nondescript larp use, and that the contributor shall not demand any royalty or other remuneration or take any legal action against other players or Fundacja Kikimora Production for such use by other player after the fact.

 

Participants of the event are obliged to read and comply with the provisions of these regulations, the covid policy, fire regulations and other regulations in force in places constituting the event area, as well as other guidelines issued by the organizers.

 

The Participant is responsible for damages and damages caused in the area of ​​the event, especially in the area of ​​the castle.

 

The Participant is obliged to have accident insurance and insurance against medical costs. It is possible to buy insurance with accreditation (5 euros).
